Welcome to JG Auto Detailing. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

We provide professional mobile car detailing services, including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, vacuuming, and full detailing packages throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website or by phone.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through GoHighLevel’s payment system (Stripe, PayPal, or card).

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits may be required for certain services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service.

JG Auto Detailing is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is unsafe or the vehicle condition exceeds standard detailing scope.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Liability

While we take great care in providing services, JG Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or wear that may become more visible after detailing.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from acts outside our control (weather, accidents, third parties, etc.).

7. Service Area

We operate exclusively within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Texas.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
